University Internship Agreement Form

International students are encouraged to submit the AIA to the internship office at least one month before the scheduled start of the internship. Students should also contact the International Student Office for information on their policies, procedures and requirements when applying for an internship. If the AIA form is complete, you submit it to the internship office, which is housed in the Institute for Community Engagement and Scholarship (CIEM). The online application is automatically sent to your faculty liaison for university internships and to the internship office.
